The principal of Holland & Holland is Richard Holland.
Richard has been a lawyer in private practice since 1982. During that time he has practised in many areas of the law, and as a result of this broad experience we are able to deal with almost any legal problem which a client may have. We make only one exception; we do not deal with criminal law matters, as this is a specialised field requiring a specialist criminal lawyer.
Our particular expertise is in the property area; buying and selling, development, financing and business structures. We also deal with the establishment and administration of trusts, and administration of deceased estates.
We are also equipped to deal with litigation matters; civil and commercial disputes, matrimonial and relationship property and other matters, whether in Court or under alternative dispute resolution procedures.
